Don't have a PayPal account but would like to pay with a credit card? No problem - we use PayPal as our payment processor. You don't require a PayPal account to pay! Simply enter your credit card information on PayPal's secure site at checkout without creating a PayPal account.
A PayPal eCheck is an electronic check sent through PayPal and funded from your bank account. You must have a PayPal confirmed shipping address to use PayPal payments. Please be sure your PayPal account is setup and that there are no restrictions on fund amounts to avoid delays.
USA Shipping:
USA domestic (lower 48) ground shipping and insurance is included. If you prefer expedited shipping, contact us for a quote.
International Shipping:
Contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote to your country. We have shipped many instruments all over the world with happy customers everywhere! To ensure an accurate shipping quote, please provide your shipping address (city, country and postal code.) You must also provide a phone number for the shipper to contact you. FedEx International Economy is typically $260 and up for a guitar to Europe and a bit more to other locations. FedEx is very reliable and efficient. I recommend FedEx highly as their tracking and service is excellent. USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail is typically around $150 and up to Europe, however certain countries have restrictions on package sizes, weight and allowable insurance values. The buyer is responsible for all international duties and customs fees imposed by your importing country. You must provide accurate contact information so the shipper and/or customs can contact you to arrange for the payment of duties and taxes. If the guitar is returned to us due to non-payment of duties and taxes or for non-deliverability, the buyer will be responsible for paying any returned shipping charges plus a 5% restocking fee.
When Will My Item Ship?
We usually ship the following business day after payment receipt. We will email you with tracking information after we have received cleared payment and item has shipped.
